When SafeWork NSW wanted to update their five-day Health and Safety Representative Training Course they approached Engage to redesign the resources.
The brief related to updating the content, removing repetition and applying contemporary instructional design and adult principles to the content.
A five day program, we designed PowerPoint presentations, learner workbooks and facilitator guide for each day of the course. The project also included developing a mapping document which showed how the legislative requirements underpinning the course were met.
This program is mandated for use throughout NSW for those organisations delivering this training.
