SafeWork NSW selected us to develop a training program that could be used for the roll out of their ‘Easy to Do Work Health and Safety Toolkit’ throughout NSW.

Aimed at small business owners and conducted between 5.30 to 7pm at night, this program needed to be engaging while delivering meaningful outcomes to participants.

Our approach to designing this training program involved the application of several experiential learning activities while incorporating several of Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Design. This interactive, 90-minute workshop involved students developing an action plan to take the first steps of improving work health and safety in their business.

Tony facilitated the workshop at the Consultation at Work Conference at Sydney Cricket Ground as well as ten other metropolitan and country locations around NSW.
