Incorporating the latest e-Learning practices with audience engagement and retention strategies was our focus when we were commissioned to review and update the e-Learning modules for NSW Health’s People Management Skills Program (PMSP). An essential course for frontline managers, the program focuses on developing effective people management skills.
Using Articulate Storyline eLearning software, we drew on several evidence-based e-Learning methodologies when redesigning the course assets.
Participants complete interactive quiz modules, complete with retrieval practice activities designed to enhance learner engagement, retention and recall. From conflict resolution to influencing and negotiating, the program focuses on some of the critical aspects of people management.
